About the event

This session is designed for tight shoulders, a stiff upper back, and that “always holding” feeling. Daily posture, training, stress and screen time can create tension through the chest, ribs, neck and shoulder girdle.


We’ll take a whole-body approach that works with fascial connections and breath mechanics. By improving rib movement and nervous system regulation first, the shoulders often release more naturally, without aggressive stretching.


What we’ll do (2 hours):

  • 15 mins lymphatic drainage to support flow through the chest, arms and upper back

  • 30 mins breathwork to reduce stress tone and help the ribs move more freely

  • 75 mins fascia release for shoulders, upper back, ribs and shoulder blades
