About the event

The hips and lower back often hold both physical load and emotional stress. When the body is under pressure, it can grip around the pelvis for stability. Over time this may show up as tight hip flexors, sore low back, limited rotation, or a constant feeling of tension. The lymphatic role in this area influences the pelvic and lower limb circulation, and can contribute to pelvic congestion and leg swelling.


This workshop blends nervous system calming with fascial release and functional movement patterns. When the breath and diaphragm move well, the pelvis often feels more supported and the lower back can soften.


What we’ll do (2 hours):

  • 15 mins lymphatic drainage to reduce heaviness and support recovery

  • 30 mins breathwork to calm the system and improve core and pelvic support

  • 75 mins fascia release for hips, glutes, low back and hip flexors
