About the event

Your feet and legs are your foundation. When they are tight or fatigued, it can affect the whole chain: knees, hips, lower back, and posture. Calves also play a key role in circulation, which is why heavy legs can feel better when we support fluid flow and tissue release.


This session focuses on restoring space through the feet, ankles, calves and legs, while also calming the nervous system so recovery happens more deeply.


What we’ll do (2 hours):

  • 15 mins lymphatic drainage to support circulation and reduce heaviness

  • 30 mins breathwork to support recovery and regulation

  • 75 mins fascia release for feet, calves, ankles, shins and legs
