About the event

This session supports the places that often hold stress first: the jaw, throat, neck and upper chest. When these areas stay tight, the breath can feel restricted, the shoulders can creep up, and the nervous system can stay on high alert.


We’ll work with the body as a connected system, using gentle techniques that support fluid movement, calm the stress response, and soften fascial tension patterns. This combination helps your body feel safe enough to let go, rather than forcing release.


What we’ll do (2 hours):

  • 15 mins lymphatic drainage to support circulation and reduce heaviness or puffiness

  • 30 mins breathwork to settle the nervous system and bring the breath lower and fuller

  • 75 mins fascia release for the face, jaw, neck and chest to create space and ease
