This workshop will focus on the calves, feet & legs. These workshops are designed to enhance your recovery and overall movement quality so that you feel more aligned and connected within your body. You'll learn myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and breathwork practices.

About the event

This event is a first of its kind in Wellington, all of my workshops this year will follow a similar flow but each workshop will be unique in its stress release sequences and body focus areas. This means you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of key focus points, refine your practice, and build movement patterns that support you in everyday life. Here are a few reminders to help you get the most out of the session:

  • Bring your foam roller (it can be any kind) - message me if you don't have one.

  • Bring your yoga mat or a towel for you to use as a base.

  • Bring a layer – your body may cool down, and we want to maintain warmth.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early (by 1:50 PM) to settle in. We start at 2 PM sharp.

  • Non-Les Mills members – arrive even earlier to complete a Health & Safety…
